Most libraries offer millions of resources on how to use proper in-text citations, how to format in MLA, and how to take information other people already found out and rewrite it in a non-plagiarizing way for your next book report. But where are the resources for creative writers?
Ink Stains was created to fill that void. Run by a struggling writer for struggling writers, this website is a resource for sharing writing, overcoming writer's block, compiled lists of calls for submission, and finding contests where your work can earn money and actually be published. This place is for you.
Have a great new poem to share? Create a new thread! Want to see DIY chapbook ideas? Check out some links! Looking for online publications but have no idea where to start? Start here!
If you find something lacking in your use of this site, please leave suggestions! This is a work in progress, and it takes interaction and contributions from you for it to continue working.
Thank you and write on!
